Offering a variety of classes in a welcoming environment every week day morning and online. Options range from interval training, tabata, AMRAP, water aerobics and yoga. There is a class for every individual and every fitness level!

TUESDAYS

6:00-6:45am - Interval Training

9:00-9:30am - Core & Cardio

WEDNESDAYS

6:00-6:45am - Tabata

9:00-9:45am - Circuit Training

THURSDAYS

6:00-6:45am - Interval Training

9:00-9:30am - Core & Cardio

FRIDAYS

6:00-6:45am - AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)

9:00-9:45am - Gentle Yoga

Our online classes are available to you 24/7 so workout when it fits into your schedule! Available on the member login page of this site, these YouTube videos will keep you moving at home for only $49/month!

Jump into our Zoom Lunchtime Yoga classes offered Tuesdays and Thursdays 11:00-11:30am.
