We recently kicked off the Health Body Challenge, which will take the participants through a focused plan on their personal health goals during the holiday season.
Held from Halloween to Christmas, this challenge is a fun support group to learn new healthy tips & tricks! It began several years ago as a way to maintain and not gain over the holidays and it has morphed into so much more. You'll learn more about yourself, get support from your team, be challenged with a little friendly competition and become healthier along the way!
